Lawrence Park North

Lawrence Park North is a largely quiet, residential neighbourhood in central Toronto.
Its boundaries do not follow traditional roadways, with the western boundary roughly midway between Avenue and Elm roads, its northern boundaries roughly along Roe and McNairn avenues and Glen Echo Road, its eastern boundary midway between Yonge Street and Bayview Avenue and its southern boundary along Lawrence Avenue.
It takes in a portion of Teddington Park, with a smaller neighbourhood green space in Wanless Park.
Children in the toney neighbourhood can attend John Wanless Junior Public School, Bedford Park Junior Public School and Blessed Sacrament Catholic School.
While the lion’s share of the area consists of single-family homes, Yonge Street runs down the middle of the neighbourhood, providing low-rise retail.
The Yonge subway’s Lawrence station is located on the southern end of Lawrence Park North, while Yonge and Mount Pleasant bus routes service more local stops.
